Terms of Use

Daily Forge is operated by NOVALK TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16648348, registered office 45 Blackthorn Road, Bristol, England, BS13 0AL. These terms govern your use of the Daily Forge web app and its public pages. By creating an account or using Daily Forge, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Read these terms together with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice.

Daily Forge is intended only for adults aged 18 or over, and use by anyone under 18 is prohibited. It is not directed to children. When you create an account you confirm you are 18 or over. That confirmation is a declaration by you; it does not verify or prove your age. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 18, we may close it.

Daily Forge is currently a free web app. There is no checkout, no paid subscription and no trial. Any historic "plan" or subscription label you may see from earlier sandbox testing is a retained technical record only: it is not a purchase, involves no recurring charge, gives no payment obligation to you, and confers no special allowance in this release — every account receives the same published free allowances. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will publish pricing and updated terms before any charge could be taken.

Keep your email address accurate and your password or sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where that results from your acts or omissions, including sharing your credentials. Tell us promptly at support@novalktechnologies.com if you think someone else has access. You are not responsible for activity caused by our failure.

You own the goals, tasks, habits, notes, Morning Forge entries, reviews and other content you put into Daily Forge. You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit and display that content, and only so far as needed to operate the service for you, keep it secure, provide support when you ask for it, and comply with the law. We do not use it to advertise to you or sell it.

Do not upload personal or confidential information about other people unless you have the authority to do so.

Daily Forge is for practical task, schedule and workload information. Do not enter:

• Medical or mental-health information, diagnoses or treatment details
• Information revealing protected traits or other special-category data
• Biometric data
• Bank, card or other payment details
• Government-issued identifiers or identity documents
• Passwords, API keys or other secrets
• Another person's sensitive information

AI generation only happens when you start it. AI output is planning and productivity support only. It may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive or unsuitable for your circumstances. Apply your own judgement, verify anything that matters, and do not rely on it for high-stakes decisions. See the AI Disclaimer. We do not guarantee productivity, financial, business, health or life outcomes.

AI features carry fair usage allowances that refresh on a rolling 7-day window — currently 3 AI Daily Plans, 1 Rescue My Day generation and 3 AI Evening Reviews per window — plus a daily safety cap of 10 generations per feature per 24 hours that protects the service and other users. These are the same free allowances for every account in this release. Do not try to evade allowances or caps, for example through multiple accounts, automation or scripted calls.

You agree not to:

• Misuse, abuse or interfere with the service or with other users
• Use Daily Forge unlawfully or to infringe someone else's rights
• Reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract source code or model weights
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls or account boundaries
• Scrape, overload or disrupt the service by automated means

The Daily Forge name, branding, interface, content and software are owned by NOVALK TECHNOLOGIES LTD or our licensors. These terms give you a personal right to use the service; they transfer no ownership.

We aim to keep Daily Forge available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or withdraw features, and may change these terms, for genuine reasons: to develop or maintain the service, for security, to comply with law or regulation, or because a provider we depend on changes what it offers.

Where a change materially disadvantages you, we will give you reasonable notice where practicable so you can stop using the service or export what you need. Changes do not retroactively deprive you of rights you have already accrued.

We may suspend or end access where there is material breach of these terms, a security risk, a legal requirement, or a provider-driven risk to the service. Any step we take will be proportionate, and where it is reasonable to do so we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to put things right. You can stop using Daily Forge at any time, and can ask us to close your account by emailing support@novalktechnologies.com.

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for deliberate wrongdoing, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Nothing in these terms removes your mandatory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if we both knew it might happen at the time you started using the service. Because the current release is free of charge, we do not set our liability at zero on that basis; our liability is instead limited to foreseeable loss as described here and to what is fair and reasonable in the circumstances.

If you use Daily Forge wholly or mainly for business purposes, then to the extent permitted by law we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business or revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity or goodwill. This business exclusion does not apply to consumers.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts available to you there.
