AI generation is always started by you. When you generate a Daily Plan, a Rescue session or an Evening Review, a restricted set of inputs, summaries and titles is sent through our AI gateway and model infrastructure. The returned output is stored in your Daily Forge history so you can review it later.

What is and is not included in that request is set out in the Privacy Notice. We make no promise here about how our providers handle prompts, whether they are used for model training, or how long they keep them — read their own published notices for that.

Daily Forge AI is a planning and productivity tool. Its output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, repetitive or unsuitable for your specific situation. Review it, apply your own judgement, and verify anything that matters before acting on it.

Daily Forge is not, and must not be relied on as:

• Medical advice or a substitute for a clinician
• Mental-health advice, therapy or counselling
• Legal advice
• Financial, tax or investment advice
• Employment advice
• Relationship advice
• Safety advice
• Emergency support, crisis response or a crisis service
• A substitute for any qualified professional advice

Do not enter medical or mental-health information, diagnoses or treatment details, special-category or protected-trait information, biometric data, bank or card details, government-issued identifiers, passwords or secrets, or another person's sensitive information. Daily Forge does not ask for these and does not intentionally use them.

Before a submission is processed, Daily Forge checks a small number of free-text fields for a narrow set of high-confidence phrases. This is a blunt precaution, not diagnosis, not monitoring, and not crisis detection. It can miss things and it can over-trigger on ordinary language.

When it matches, the submission is stopped before the normal path runs: nothing is saved to the app in the usual way, no model call is made, and no usage event is recorded. The matched text itself is never returned to you, logged, stored, or sent anywhere.

If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or at risk of harm to yourself or others, call 999 or 112 in the UK, or your local emergency number, and reach out to someone you trust. Do not wait for Daily Forge and do not rely on it.

Do not use Daily Forge AI output as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions, including medical, legal, financial, employment, safety or relationship decisions, without independent review by a qualified professional.

Daily Forge does not make legal or similarly significant decisions about you, and no such decision is made about you solely by automated means.
